Cornerstone Private Equity LLP (“Cornerstone”) is a private equity firm established in 2008 to invest in the UK and European mid-market through partnerships with a select group of experienced private equity managers.

Our aim is to give high net worth individuals, family offices and smaller institutions access to private equity funds that are otherwise beyond their reach, generally because of their minimum commitment requirements.

In July 2010 we closed our first fund of funds which consists of commitments to funds managed by Silverfleet Capital, HgCapital and Phoenix Equity partners. A further fund is planned for 2011.

Cornerstone is authorised and regulated by the FSA.
